Founded in 1986, Voltronics Cape had firmly established itself by 1997. Presently, we have evolved into a specialized company, comprising of 15 employees, proficient in utilizing a range of cutting-edge technologies to diagnose and address intricate technical issues. Simply put, Voltronics Cape is a problem-solving company.

Our departments employ state-of-the-art technology for both Analogue and Digital signature analysis, enabling comprehensive IC and discrete component testing both in and out of circuit. These sophisticated diagnostic tools facilitate matching signatures of operational PCBs with suspected faulty ones. Our advanced systems also conduct live circuit diagnostics and functional testing, proving invaluable in scenarios with restricted documentation and circuit diagrams. Additionally, we make use of technologies like Digital Infrared Video Thermometers, Advanced Motor Drive Analyser Scopes, Digital Oscilloscopes, and Industry-leading high-accuracy Multi-Meters.

Value-Added Services

Having been in the industry for almost three decades. Our company has worked-on and acquired many valuable PCB components, some of which have become obsolete by the manufacturers. Our experience has taught us that one component can be the determinative factor between repairing or having to replace a faulty board. As such, we maintain a database in which all spare parts from outdated equipment are captured and stored. This database allows us to provide an increased level of PCB lifespan-preservation service to clients.

Expert Services

Numerous factors can cause equipment failure and damage, such as human error, power spikes, natural component failure, or factory defects. Our team inspects faulty equipment and provides professional-opinion reports demonstrating what most likely caused the damage – these reports are often required for insurance and warranty purposes.
